This line makes full use of the width of the coil material and adopts high-precision servo motor drive system to control, so as to minimize the wafer spacing and the distance between the wafer and the edge of the material, fundamentally reduce the amount of waste, and make the utilization rate of raw materials reach more than 80%.

4. The production speed can reach 40-55 tablets per minute, which improves the production efficiency.

5. Due to the modular die design, the conversion time can be reduced to less than 15 minutes when converting the wafer production specifications. Wafers can be produced with diameters ranging from 85 mm to 750 mm.
